What you’ll do in a Postal Delivery role

  • Start your day at the delivery office, sorting mail for your route  
  • Head out with a colleague in a shared van to complete your round  
  • Use trolleys and handheld devices—no heavy bags or paperwork  
  • Deliver letters, parcels, and smiles across your local community  
  • Complete your round in around 4 hours, with clean and structured routes

What we’re looking for

  • Passion for working outdoors and maintaining a healthy lifestyle  
  • Full, valid UK driving licence (for driving roles)  
  • Ideally a clean licence, though up to 6 penalty points may be considered  
  • Commitment to delivering excellent service, whatever the weather
