Data Access Request

A Subject Access Request (SAR) is a request made by an individual to access their personal information that is held by an organisation.

(e.g. personal file, references, electronic data. Include relevant dates, subject matter, names etc. If you can provide a date range for the information you are seeking it will enable a faster search.)

We require this information to assist us in identifying all data relating to you. If the information provided is incorrect it may cause a delay in us disclosing the data to you. We will retain this information for a period of 6 years in case of ICO investigation. 

We will respond to your subject access request within 1 month of receipt unless your request is more complex, in which case we will respond within 2 months of receipt. We will write to let you know if we think your case is complex.
