If you are looking for office work, are cool-headed under pressure and enjoy providing excellent customer care over the phone, then working as a Call Handler with BT could be an ideal role for you. Warehouse Job Descriptions

As a Forklift Driver with BT, you'll move and place materials manually or with the use of a forklift. You will also load and unload vehicles and containers of various sorts.

As a Forward Stock Locations Operative with BT, you'll assist with the unloading of vehicles and checking of stock at a forward stock location.

As a Warehouse Administrator with BT, you'll be responsible for completing and assisting with on-site warehouse activities. This could include assisting with shipping, helping to unload trucks and checking merchandise.

As a Warehouse Operative with BT, you'll manage the stock of spares and consumables related to service and repair, working as part of a wider team supporting with maintaining SLAs and ensuring team performance against KPIs.

As a Warehouse Supervisor with BT, you'll supervise a team of operatives to ensure the running of the warehouse is smooth throughout shift. You will be unloading & loading the vans from deliveries to the warehouse, using stock systems to process and arrange orders.
