As a Royal Mail Warehouse Operative, you'll be working in one of their bustling mail centres or parcel hubs. You’ll be part of a close-knit team working behind the scenes to keep the UK connected. From unloading incoming vehicles to scanning, sorting, and labelling parcels, your role is vital in making sure every item reaches its destination on time and in perfect condition. It’s fast-paced, physical, and rewarding, no two shifts are ever quite the same.

What you’ll do

  • Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Sort, scan, and label parcels and mail items
  • Ensure all items are processed accurately and on time
  • Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily targets
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment 

What we’re looking for

  • Physically fit and able to lift parcels up to 30kg
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, manual environment
  • Flexible and willing to work shifts, including evenings or nights
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is helpful but not essential
