Blue Arrow Ranked in the Top 2% of Organisations by Investors in People

Blue Arrow has yet again been awarded the prestigious Platinum Investors in People (IiP) status for the third time in June 2022.  The recruitment company will have held the highest level of the ‘We invest in people’ award for 9 years at the end of this current award.

Blue Arrow, was assessed against nine indicators; from leading and inspiring people to rewarding high performance and creating sustainable success; and achieved the highest ‘high performing’ rating across all of them.
