Recruitment Consultants use various tools and processes to fulfil their duties, including job boards, applicant tracking systems and interview processes.
It is often up to the Recruiter to handle all aspects of the recruitment process. They will source candidates, shortlist the best candidates for the job based on their skill sets and applications, and perform initial interviews with candidates, which helps them find other potential positions for the candidate if they do not meet the requirements needed for the job they have applied for.
Everything will have a formal process, and the Recruitment Consultant will need to learn these processes to use them effectively.
